Typography
Personal Project / 2007
Each student in Type Design class had to create one design of Typeface before they finished the class. Jyyoi typeface was inspired by a real writing style that the writer does not have to lift a pen up while writing every single alphabet. Each alphabet had to be clear and clean with a trendy look. Jyyoi typeface, once finished, is used for a display purpose only.

To sharpen my thinking, I tried to use an alphabet to represent a meaning of words. In this practice of adjusting the alphabet, I got back to basic, in which has the least of computer aids.

Every alphabet was made real by visualizing from real objects in real places.
